"Ally the customer service rep was professional and patient explaining the new system and handling my autos' renewals and home property renewal. However, the online system is challenging to use for this post graduate customer who has had SFarm insurance for more than 25 years (home, cars, etc.). It took me 8 hours to do the online work to renew my policies, + several phone calls for help and several glitches with online document access, etc. I hope the system works better soon. I'm sure the employees would agree."
